Healthy (and Vegan!) Carrot Cake

Post-Running Stretching Routine + Running Tips!

Hey Everyone! Today I will be showing you some of my favourite post-running stretches which I always complete after having done a longer distance run. These long distance runs usually vary from 5k-8k. I don't think that I have ever mentioned this on my blog before but I love to go running and I'm much more of a long-distance runner than a short-distance runner. I would say that running has also only become one of my passions for about 2 years now and over this time period I have progressed a lot.

DIY Tumblr Laptop Stickers!

Hey Everyone! Today I will be showing you one of my favourite DIY's which I've done recently and it is these "Tumblr laptop stickers". 

You'll be amazed at how easy and cheap they are to make and once you've made them and stuck them onto your laptop you won't even be able to tell the difference between store bought stickers and your own ones. Another plus about this DIY is that you get to decide completely on your own what images you want to have on your laptop, and you are also not restricted to options as you would be when you purchase stickers in stores or online.

Quick & Effective Ab Routine!

Hey everyone! Today I will be showing you one of my go-to ab workout routines when I am very busy and don't have a lot of time to work-out. This ab routine targets all parts of your abdominal muscles, so if done properly and accordingly to the number of reps I have listed then you will definitely feel this afterwards. Also this ab routine will take you no longer than 7 minutes so there's no excuses not to do it!
