2 Favourite Smoothie Bowls!

Hey Everyone! Today I wanted to share one of my favourite things to eat for breakfast, which are smoothie bowls. I've been having them a lot now since it is warm again. These are super fresh, light and really tasty! 

Berry Smoothie Bowl




Berry Smoothie Bowl / 1 frozen banana, 2 handful of frozen berries, 1 pineapple circle (of head) slice, splash of almond milk.

Topped with blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, walnuts.

+ Hemp seeds: Excellent omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids source, balance hormones, great for skin & hair growth.

+ Chia seeds: Loaded with fibre, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, good for skin, digestive health/metabolism & muscle growth. 

+ Walnuts: Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, heart health, satiety. 

Green Smoothie Bowl


Green Smoothie Bowl / 1 frozen banana, 2 handful of spinach, 1 pineapple circle (of head) slice, splash of almond milk. 

Topped with blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, walnuts.
